The human body is made of five elements similar to the five elements of food. A yogic diet or balanced diet includes all these elements while consuming food. The whole Ayurvedic science is totally based on these principles. When anyone consumes food without the needs of our body, the body creates diseases. On the other hand, when you consume food that includes all the necessary elements, you will be healthy.
The yogic diet includes all the nutrients required for your body to grow. A holistic diet is very important because consuming too much food or too little food is risky for your health. Avoiding tamasic food like eggs or meat will help you become more passionate and flexible. A yogic diet includes green vegetables, lentils, fresh fruits, beans, peanut oil, mustard oil, coconut oils, etc. It is very easy to digest for our body and makes us feel conscious and lighter.
Every step is an opportunity to grow, do not let it pass you by
Yoga TTC is not only about learning on the mat – also it is about experiencing the nature, sacred culture and beauty of the world. We organise the meaningful excursion on Sunday that blend spiritual exploration, nature immersion, and cultural discovery.
