Himalayan Vipassana—also known as Upasana or Hindu Vipassana—is a unique blend of ancient meditation practices designed to bring clarity, peace, and spiritual awakening. This retreat in Bali combines:

Discipline & Rules

To preserve the sacredness of the retreat:

  • Arrive by 10:00 AM on the first day
  • Practice complete silence after orientation
  • White clothing is recommended (available at the ashram)
  • Men and women stay in separate accommodations
  • Only vegetarian food is served (no eggs)
  • No alcohol, smoking, or drugs
  • No physical contact – focus on inner connection
