    200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training Daily Schedule

    6am. to 2pm.

    Connect with yourself and with nature as you start another beautiful day in gratitude to Mother Earth.
    Begin your day with neti pot cleansing (jala neti, sutra neti). Receive explanations of multiple techniques that will aid in pranayama and health.
    Receive explanations of each posture and learn how to assist, how to teach postures, and why postures are important. Eventually, in the last two weeks, students begin to teach the class.
    Relax and fill your stomach with warm lemon ginger tea to cleanse and clean your body for a day of yoga-fun.
    Learn breathing exercises through practical application. Learn names, explanation of techniques, how its beneficial and what they are. Also, learn about chanting and mantras.
    Enjoy the morning and a delicious breakfast at our outside cafe.
    During the first half of the course, the class will consist of yoga-therapy. The anatomy/physiology class will be during the second half of the course.
    Learn how to structure a complete yoga-class from start to finish! Gain the confidence necessary to guide students through their practice and discover ways to incorporate other healing therapies into your class.
    Re-energize yourself with a healthy meal that will keep you fueled all day!

    Take some time for self-study or relaxation.
    Learn about chakras, Raja-yoga (8 limbs of yoga), and many other deep explanations on a variety of yoga concepts, topics and strategies to cultivating a well-rounded yogic lifestyle.
    Refresh yourself with a warm cup of herbal tea.
    Learn traditional-style postures, posture names, how to train others, how to teach, and how to assist. Receive extensive teaching methodology training throughout the class.
    You'll learn and experience many meditation exercises and techniques from Yogi Vishnu. Yoga Nidra (yogic sleep) will calm and relax active yoga students as a guided meditation practice.
    Enjoy a warm, nutritious meal in a cozy atmosphere.
    The evening time is the student's free time to study, read, relax and reflect.

  • World Peace Yoga School provides accommodation for a student who join yoga classes. So any friends or relatives will not be included in accommodation.
