All three meals would be supplied throughout this training program. There would be vegetarian food served. The total cost of the course includes all meals consumed during the training session. Sattvic or Yogic food increases stamina and flexibility for meditation sessions, asana practices, and pranayama. The nutritious and healthy food nourishes your emotions and mind. It brings you to a state of tranquility and calmness.
In addition, unrestricted filtered drinking water will be offered every day, along with two herbal teas. The yoga school is only a 3-minute walk from several neighborhood eateries that provide affordable Indian, Thai, and international food.
