The yogic diet promotes eating entire, unadulterated meals such as fresh fruits and vegetables. Sattvic meals are nutrient-dense and simple to digest. The yogic diet prohibits Tamasic and Rajasic items such as meat and alcohol.
The yogic diet, also known as the sattvic diet, is founded on the idea that our bodies and thoughts are inextricably linked. Consider it the direct translation of "you are what you eat": if you consume sattvic foods, your mind and body will be clean.

If you have any prior experience, then it will be beneficial for you. However, the training is open to all individuals who are willing to learn and teach meditation and yoga.
If you want to register your profile with Yoga Alliance then you will have to complete the training course along with all assessments, classes, assignments, and class hours.
You can pursue your career as a meditation teacher. The training will allow you to offer classes in private sessions, wellness centers, and yoga studios. If you are a wellness professional then integrate these meditation practices into your client’s daily routine.

World Peace Yoga School follows the guidelines established by the Yoga Alliance. Our curriculum includes all essential topics for RYS teacher training, covering yoga techniques, asana practice, teaching methodology, anatomy and physiology, yoga philosophy, lifestyle, ethics, practicals, and more. We make sure to meet the minimum number of hours in each category, as outlined by the organization. Moreover, students receive additional study hours in the specified categories.

World Peace Yoga School does not offer deposit refunds. If you decide to cancel and join our upcoming yoga training batch, you must do so at least 30 days in advance. Once the course begins, no refunds will be provided. In the event of flight cancellations or illness preventing your participation, you have the option to reschedule the date.
