We provide a large, well-equipped yoga studio with lots of room for you to practice and learn. For socializing and relaxation, we also have an outside lounge space and garden area.
Food
Our eating style and the food reflect our internal state. It is said that you will become what you intake. In simple words, the kind of food consumed by you determines your behavior and personality. Your diet depends on the healing mechanism and cleansing to rejuvenate the body. Food is included in the course fees of the meditation training course by the World Peace Yoga School.
Sattvic or Yogic food increases stamina and flexibility for meditation sessions, asana practices, and pranayama. The nutritious and healthy food nourishes your emotions and mind. It brings you to a state of tranquility and calmness. Food contains no meat, eggs, fish, onion, garlic, etc. Find the menu for all the details. We use honey and cow milk. If somebody has any allergy we provide vegan and glutton-free food.
