What is Yin Yoga?

Yin Yoga is a style of yoga that focuses on relaxing the body and mind through gentle stretching. Unlike other types of yoga that involve dynamic movement and muscular engagement, Yin Yoga involves holding poses for a few minutes at a time, allowing your body to slowly and gently stretch. During a Yin Yoga practice, you'll start with a gentle warm-up to prepare your body for the deeper stretching to come. Then, you'll move into the main part of the practice, where you'll hold poses for several minutes at a time. You should feel a gentle stretch in the target area, but not pain or discomfort.

On Sundays, our Yin Yoga Teacher Training in Bali has no scheduled activities to allow our students to rest and explore the beauty of Bali. There are various activities and places to visit on the island, such as hiking in nature, visiting temples, enjoying the beach, shopping in local markets, or simply relaxing and rejuvenating in peaceful surroundings. We encourage our students to take this time to connect with themselves and their surroundings and make the most of their time in Bali.

If You Need To Leave Early

  • The fees are not refundable.
  • You can come and join the course at any time.
  • If you want to leave 2 or 3 days before the course ends, you can apply for it. However, you will still need to complete the course and you should contact us.
  • If you complete only half the course, the certificate will not be provided. You can complete the course by using our online course facility.
