What is Yin Yoga?

What Is Yogic Diet?
A yogic diet is a plant-based diet that focuses on fresh, organic, whole foods with minimal processing and no additives, preservatives, or artificial sweeteners. It is based on the principles of Ayurveda, an ancient Indonesian system of holistic healing that emphasizes the connection between the mind, body, and spirit. The diet consists of fruits, vegetables, grains, legumes, nuts, seeds, and herbs while avoiding meat, fish, poultry, eggs, onion, garlic, alcohol, and caffeine. Practicing yoga has additional benefits such as improved flexibility, strength, balance, and overall physical and mental well-being. It can also reduce stress and anxiety, improve sleep, and promote inner peace and harmony.

On Sundays, our Yin Yoga Teacher Training in Bali has no scheduled activities to allow our students to rest and explore the beauty of Bali. There are various activities and places to visit on the island, such as hiking in nature, visiting temples, enjoying the beach, shopping in local markets, or simply relaxing and rejuvenating in peaceful surroundings. We encourage our students to take this time to connect with themselves and their surroundings and make the most of their time in Bali.

The duration of the Yin Yoga course varies depending on the school you choose. Our school offers a 200-hour Yin Yoga Teacher Training course that takes 25 days to complete.
The prerequisites for the Yin Yoga Training in Bali include regular yoga practice, an open mind, and a willingness to learn.
Yes, World Peace Yoga School is Yoga Alliance certified, and upon completion of the course, you will be eligible to register with Yoga Alliance as a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT).
The Yin Yoga Teacher Training course covers topics such as the principles and philosophy of Yin Yoga, anatomy and physiology, teaching methodology, and business aspects of teaching yoga.
You can purchase all the necessary yoga props, including mats, blocks, bolsters, and straps from the nearby market. However, you are welcome to bring your own if you prefer.
We offer shared and private accommodation options for the duration of the course. All accommodations are clean, comfortable, and located close to the yoga studio.
We provide three vegetarian meals per day, except for Sundays when no food is provided.
During your free time, you can explore the local area, relax on the beach, or participate in optional activities such as surfing, hiking, or sightseeing.
