Ayurveda is the sister science of yoga. It believes that the body is made of five elements which creates three Doshas; Kapha, Vata and Pitta. Bandha (Energy Lock)

The whole universe is made of energy. At all times the energy is converted into matter so that we see the whole universe as what it is. Our physical body is also made of energy and it constantly works with it. With mudra channelise the energy and with bandha we control the energy and prevent it from draining. It helps us manage and maintain the energy. It also is helpful for kundalini awakening.

World Peace Yoga School offers 25 days of accommodation for 200Hr Ayurveda Yoga Training in Bali. The accommodation ranges from private to shared rooms. The prices for private rooms are not included in the training fee. On the other hand, private rooms fill up quickly so you will have to complete the registration process early to get private accommodation.



We offer yogic and vegetarian meals to promote vitality and health. You are not allowed to consume meat inside the school and we also recommend you follow a vegetarian diet plan. It affects your entire body and fills you up with the positive energy to perform yoga postures.
