Bandha (Energy Lock)

The whole universe is made of energy. At all times the energy is converted into matter so that we see the whole universe as what it is. Our physical body is also made of energy and it constantly works with it. With mudra channelise the energy and with bandha we control the energy and prevent it from draining.
