The course is conducted for 5 days and includes a combination of classroom sessions, practical training, and self-study. All classroom sessions and practical training will take place at our yoga school in Bali. The course will run from Monday to Friday, with weekends off for self-study and exploration of the island. The exact dates and times of each session will be provided to you upon registration.

Our schedule is carefully crafted to provide you with a well-rounded and immersive experience that covers all aspects of Aerial Yoga teaching. You'll have ample time to practice, learn, and absorb the knowledge and skills needed to become a confident and effective yoga teacher.

What Is Yogic Diet?

A yogic diet is a plant-based diet that focuses on fresh, organic, whole foods with minimal processing and no additives, preservatives, or artificial sweeteners.
