Awake From The Ignorance And Unconsciousness
The course is conducted for 5 days and includes a combination of classroom sessions, practical training, and self-study. All classroom sessions and practical training will take place at our yoga school in Bali. The course will run from Monday to Friday, with weekends off for self-study and exploration of the island. The exact dates and times of each session will be provided to you upon registration.
Our schedule is carefully crafted to provide you with a well-rounded and immersive experience that covers all aspects of Acro Yoga teaching. You'll have ample time to practice, learn, and absorb the knowledge and skills needed to become a confident and effective yoga teacher.

What Is Yogic Diet?
A yogic diet is a plant-based diet that focuses on fresh, organic, whole foods with minimal processing and no additives, preservatives, or artificial sweeteners. It is based on the principles of Ayurveda, an ancient Indonesian system of holistic healing that emphasizes the connection between the mind, body, and spirit. The diet consists of fruits, vegetables, grains, legumes, nuts, seeds, and herbs while avoiding meat, fish, poultry, eggs, onion, garlic, alcohol, and caffeine.
