Day 1: Introduction to Acro Yoga Basics

The course is conducted for 5 days and includes a combination of classroom sessions, practical training, and self-study. All classroom sessions and practical training will take place at our yoga school in Bali. The course will run from Monday to Friday, with weekends off for self-study and exploration of the island. What Is Yogic Diet?

A yogic diet is a plant-based diet that focuses on fresh, organic, whole foods with minimal processing and no additives, preservatives, or artificial sweeteners. It is based on the principles of Ayurveda, an ancient Indonesian system of holistic healing that emphasizes the connection between the mind, body, and spirit.
