07:00 AM – 08:10 AM Vinyasa Flow (Mon - Sat)
08:15 AM – 09:15 AM Breath Activation & Yoga Nidra (Mon - sat)
10:00 AM – 11:15 AM Kundalini Yoga with maa Haripriya (Sat & Sun)Sound Healing Therapy (Mon & Fri)
11:30 AM – 01:00 PM Satsang with Guru Vishnu (Sat & Sun) Yin Yoga (Mon & Fri)
03:00 PM – 04:15 PM Naturopathy workshop(Mon - Sat) Semi Classical Dance (Sat)
04:30 PM – 05:30 PM Acro Yoga (Sat) Ashtanga Vinyasa (Mon, Tues) Hatha yoga (Wed & Fri)
05:30 PM – 07:00 PM Kirtan Fest (Sunday), Dinner will be served (Free Entry)
Special: Saturday & Sunday- (Special 20% Discount on wellness Program in ayurveda & Naturopathy Treatment) Special Mud bath Ritual including Ice bath, Sunbath, music, food & Dance on Sunday at 1.00- 2.30 PM
Wellness Center - Food And Accommodation
Students can stay at World Peace Wellness or choose the option to stay outside. Yoga, meditation, library books, nutritious Ayurvedic meals, and herbal tea or masala tea are available to all students who stay at the campus. You can share or have your own room. We have clean, pleasant rooms and bathrooms. Its Himalayan environment and proximity to the Ganges make it even better.
Our meal is made using veggies and fruits. We cook seasonal vegetables according to nature. We prepare food to preserve nutrients. Three nutritious and tasty meals are served daily. You can sample local food, but consider nutrition. Our skilled kitchen team uses foods to cook.
