According to Lord Krishna, Karma Yoga is the self-less actions that we undertake, for the wholesome benefit of all others. It is the pathway that leads one towards the attainment of Moksha. As a part of the program, every participant will be engaging in 3 hours of selfless service daily, according to their skills. Some of the activities, which you will take part in, include:

The Holistic Schedule At Open Sadhana Retreat 2026

  • All participants will be encouraged to wake up early in the ‘Brahma Muhurta’.
  • It will be mandatory to go with the flow of activities, as a part of the program.
  • Everyone must observe silence and go about their daily tasks.
  • You must engage in community service, in a selfless manner.
  • You will be engaging in the preparation of food for the whole community at the ashram.
  • You are expected to maintain cleanliness, as expected from a yogi.
  • You will also practice awareness in all its forms.

What Participants Must Not Do?

At the Open Sadhana Retreat 2026, you must not:

  • Carry alcohol or drugs
  • Smoke in the premises
  • Shout or talk loudly
  • Party with others or encourage others
  • Expect luxury services
  • Skip community service

Always remember, you are coming for a sadhana, not a holiday or party.
