To maintain the integrity of this Meditation Retreat in Bali, participants are requested to:

  • Arrive by 10:00 AM on the first day.
  • Deposit personal belongings (including phones/laptops).
  • Wear simple white clothing (available at the ashram).
  • Maintain silence during retreat hours.
  • Follow a vegetarian diet (no eggs, meat, alcohol, or drugs).
  • Respect separation of genders in accommodation.
