100 Hour Kundalini Yoga Teacher Training In Rishikesh, India

Did you know that your body is a treasure-trove of infinite spiritual energy or vital life force? Once ignited, this mysterious power or ‘Kundalini Shakti’ generates a tremendous amount of energy – transforming humans into a state of super-human consciousness! This ancient art of transforming and expanding your consciousness is known as ‘Kundalini Yoga’. For centuries, sages and yogis have been practicing the process of Kundalini awakening to connect with the Supreme with consistent sadhana. This universal life energy empowers practitioners to perform miracles! The Kundalini Shakti is an incredibly powerful psychic energy conceptualized as a coiled-up serpent lying dormant at the base of the spine.

Your awakened Kundalini uncoils and rises through the spinal column (Sushumna), energizing your chakras and ultimately traveling to the Crown Chakra at the top of the head – enabling perfect spiritual realization. World Peace Yoga School opens the door of spiritual transformation by activation of Kundalini throughout your body in the 100-hour Kundalini Yoga Teacher Training course. You will learn the secret of uniting your consciousness with Cosmic Consciousness regularly by performing exercises and meditations in a particular sequence.

Food

World Peace Yoga School cares about your health so that we serve the most delicious, healthy, vegetarian/vegan diet for you. According to India’s biggest science of health, Ayurveda, the nature of the body is completely dependent and influenced by food. If food is good, so is your health, and peace of mind.

What Is Yogic Diet?

Yoga believes the body is made of five elements and food also contains five elements and has six tastes. When we consume food that contains each element that is called a balanced diet or yogic diet. The whole science of Ayurveda is based on these principles. Everyone has different tastes. This is not only because of their habits but it is because of what actually the body needs. When we consume food without proper knowledge of what our body needs, we create diseases. However, when we consume food that has all the necessary elements, we are healthy and satisfied.

Yogic food contains proper nutrients that the body needs to grow. Consuming too little or too much food is also very risky for our health, so a holistic diet is very important. Yogis always avoid tamasic food like meat, egg, etc. Avoiding tamasic food helps you become more flexible and compassionate. Listen to Guruji's lecture on Vegetarianism.

A vegetarian or a healthy diet consists of green vegetables, fresh fruits, lentils, beans, plant-based oils like coconut, mustard, peanuts etc. This kind of food is easy to digest and makes us feel lighter, at peaceful, and conscious.

Here at WPYS, you are on a yoga journey. You will be given 3 meals per day and we serve organic vegetarian meals. For the majority of the course we provide a very traditional Indian diet of rice, chapatti, lentils and vegetable dishes. The fruit and vegetables are seasonal.

We provide you with herbal tea and an unlimited supply of water. WPYS food is based on a yoga diet, which means that the food is nutritious, easy to digest, and helps optimize the wellness of the mind and body.

It is difficult to support all dietary requirements – however, you can contact us with your requirements and we can see if we are able to cater, or let you know what we provide in more detail to see if it will suit your needs.

An appropriate dress code should be followed during yoga class – there can be alignment and adjustment and it can be uncomfortable for all parties. At times we may also have Gurus and Swamis coming to give lectures.

When visiting temples and the Ganga, modesty should be maintained in line with local culture and traditions.

We have all the equipment for you to take the yoga classes comfortably. Bring one white outfit for the ceremony days. It is also worth bringing a water bottle so that we save on plastic.

An advance of course fees will not be refundable, unless it is a case of emergency; in this instance you can contact us to delay the course start.

If the student cancels the course we will accept the cancellation but the advance deposit will not be refunded.

Once you are in the school and on the course, fees are non-refundable and 100% of the fee is forfeited.
