The intense 500-hour Yoga Teacher Training in Bali is a great way to develop your Hatha, Ashtanga, and yoga practices. The Primary and Intermediate Series of Ashtanga and Hatha Asana, Pranayama, Meditation, Kriyas, Mantra Chanting, and Alignment & Adjustment training are covered in the 500-hour yoga teacher training course.
The more advanced 500-hour yoga teacher training follows the basic 200-hour yoga teacher training course, and World Peace Yoga School is registered as both RYS 200 and RYS 300 to provide it. Our 200- and 300-hour yoga TTCs are connected to Yoga Alliance USA, and the two courses are combined to create the 500-Hour Yoga certificate program. You will study the Fundamental Sequence of Asanas in the first 200-hour yoga teacher training course, and the Intermediate Series of Asanas in the following 300 hours of the Yoga TTC.
According to World Peace Yoga School, the Intermediate Series of Asanas should only be chosen if the individual is physically prepared – only when the body is physiologically ready to benefit from the more advanced series can the intermediate series be started. To learn the most challenging asanas without strain, you need a consistent and steady flow of asanas.
You will be able to instruct yoga to students of all levels once you have finished the 500-hour yoga teacher training in Bali, Indonesia. The more you practice yoga, the more information and experience you gain to help you teach effectively, and the more assured you become in your ability to instruct. The anatomy and physiology of asanas will be thoroughly explained to you, and you’ll learn how to use this information in your teaching sessions.
Our 500-hour multi-style YTTC is a two-month intensive yoga course meant to expand your current understanding of yoga’s principles. The first module, a 200-hour yoga certification course, ends in 20 days. After that, there is a 10-day gap to relax your mind and body, and then the second module starts. During this 10-day gap we do not provide accommodation and food for students – you can use this time to explore Bali and learn more about Balinese culture. If you want to stay on the ashram campus, you can book one of our short courses: Yin Yoga Teacher Training Course, Aerial Yoga Teacher Training Course, Kids Yoga Teacher Training Course, or Pre-Natal Yoga Teacher Training Course.
You will learn more advanced yoga teaching techniques in this course, and after completing it you will be able to instruct students with confidence and clarity. Our specially created multi-style yoga teacher training course in Bali, Indonesia, offers instruction in the main yoga styles, and you’ll also learn a great deal about philosophy, meditation, and pranayama. This curriculum will make it easier for you to become an RYT-500 and open up new teaching opportunities for you anywhere in the globe. The program is designed to help you grow as a teacher and get you ready for yoga’s transforming impact at a more advanced level.
