A Mud Bath Is Not Just About Cleaning The Body, It’s About Grounding The Soul

Mud Therapy In Rishikesh: A Natural Healing Treatment

Mud therapy, also known as clay therapy, is an ancient, natural healing method. Medicinal mud and clay rich in minerals draw out toxins, improve circulation, and rejuvenate the skin — while easing stress, joint pain, and inflammation.

What Happens In A Session?

Therapeutic mud is applied to the body or face, where it absorbs impurities and leaves the skin fresh and revitalised. Its coolness has a calming effect that balances your energy and helps you relax.

Whether you want to detoxify, improve your skin, or simply unwind, mud therapy in Rishikesh is a holistic treatment with lasting results.

Mud Baths Are Nature’s Way Of Telling You To Slow Down And Reconnect

Who Can Benefit From Mud Therapy?

Mud therapy at World Peace Wellness is open to most people looking for a natural way to heal and relax.

  • Adults seeking relaxation: reduce stress, improve your skin, and boost circulation the natural way.
  • Skin issues: the minerals in the mud may help detoxify and soothe acne, psoriasis, or eczema for a healthier complexion.
  • Joint pain & arthritis: eases joint pain, inflammation, and muscle aches, bringing relief from chronic pain.
  • Mental wellbeing: calms the mind, reduces anxiety, and supports emotional balance.
  • Elderly guests: a gentle, natural way to relieve pain, stress, or stiffness and improve mobility — with a doctor’s advice first.

Who Should Consult A Doctor First?

  • Pregnant women: avoid mud therapy unless your healthcare provider has approved it.
  • Serious health conditions: with heart problems, high blood pressure, or other serious conditions, get your doctor’s approval first.
  • Children: only under professional supervision and with parental consent.

If you have any medical concerns, check with a healthcare professional before your session. Whether you want to relieve pain, improve your skin, or reduce stress, this ancient practice could be just what you need.

I did the 300 hour here after my 200 elsewhere, and the difference in depth is huge. Kundalini sessions were unforgettable.

Every teacher here is deeply rooted in the tradition. I arrived as a nervous beginner and graduated feeling confident to teach.

Authentic Himalayan tradition, not a watered down tourist course. The anatomy classes alone were worth the trip.
