My experience was very professional, and it was very easy to work with the team here. The teachers made every class feel personal.

There are journeys we choose… and there are journeys that call us. This is a calling.
A sacred pilgrimage into the silent, ancient body of the Himalayas — where the breath of the rishis still moves through the winds, and the presence of the masters lingers in the stillness of snow and sky.
Guided and led by Guru Vishnu, supported by Maa HariPriya, you are invited into a living Sadhana — where every step is prayer, every silence is teaching, and every moment becomes a doorway into the Eternal.
This is not travel. This is remembrance.
As we move through the sacred lands of Rishikesh, Uttarkashi, Gangotri, Gaumukh, and Tapovan, we are also moving inward — toward the source within.
Here, where Mother Ganga descends from the heavens… where glaciers whisper ancient mantras… where the towering presence of Shivling rises like a silent flame of Shiva… the veil between the seen and unseen becomes thin.
Guru Vishnu and Maa HariPriya will guide this journey not only through place, but through consciousness — sharing the timeless wisdom of the yogic path, leading meditation, silence, and deep inner inquiry.
This is transmission. This is grace.

In the way of the ancient yogis, this pilgrimage becomes your practice:
Ashram life, mountain austerity, and healing presence come together as one continuous field of transformation.
We begin in the holy ground of Rishikesh, at Kundalini Samadhi Yoga Ashram, where intention is set and the inner flame is lit.
From there, the path unfolds:
Walking among ancient Bhojpatra trees, alongside the crystalline Bhagirathi River, through rugged paths and glacial silence — each step becomes initiation.
The mountains do not speak… yet everything is revealed.
13 Days · Sadhana · Silence · Trekking · Healing · Inner Transformation
Level of health should be good to intermediate.
To reserve a seat for the retreat, a deposit of 50% of the total fee is required.
The Himalayas are not a destination. They are a presence.
They do not invite everyone — only those who are ready to listen.
If something within you becomes quiet while reading this… if there is a subtle pull, a remembering… then perhaps, this journey is already yours.
Students enrolled in our Himalayan Sadhana Retreat & Gaumukh – Tapovan Pilgrimage will receive all excursion opportunities included in both courses. During your training, you will visit sacred and beautiful places such as the Ganga Aarti, Laxman Jhula and Mauni Baba Cave, and other significant locations. These excursions are thoughtfully integrated into the training, offering cultural, spiritual, and experiential enrichment alongside your yoga journey.
Gaumukh is the sacred origin of the River Ganga and one of the most spiritually powerful places in the Himalayas. The trek offers breathtaking views of Mt. Shivling, vast Tapovan meadows, glaciers, and the Bhagirathi River. It is both a pilgrimage and a transformative Himalayan journey.
Gaumukh is situated in the Gangotri Glacier region of Uttarkashi district in Uttarakhand, India. It is the source of the Bhagirathi River, which later merges to form the holy Ganga.
According to Hindu mythology, King Bhagirath performed intense penance to bring Mother Ganga to Earth for the liberation of his ancestors. Gaumukh is considered the divine point where Ganga first appeared. The place is deeply associated with tapasya, purification, and self-realization.
Himalayan Sadhana, silent meditation (Mauna), Kriya & Kundalini practices, Ganga worship, Ayurvedic healing immersion, trekking to Gaumukh & Tapovan, and ashram living discipline.
Basic physical fitness is required for the trek. While prior trekking experience is helpful, strong determination and preparation are more important. The spiritual practices are suitable for sincere seekers.
Participants should be comfortable walking 6–8 hours a day on mountainous terrain. Regular walking or light training before the retreat is recommended.
Accommodation includes ashram stay in Rishikesh and simple guesthouse/tent accommodation during the trek, maintaining yogic simplicity and discipline.
Warm layered clothing, good trekking shoes, personal medicines, yoga mat (if preferred personal), reusable water bottle, and backpack for trekking. A detailed packing list will be shared upon registration.
Tapovan is approximately 4,463 meters (14,640 feet) above sea level. Proper acclimatization is included in the retreat plan.
Mental clarity, emotional purification, deep spiritual connection, inner silence, physical resilience, and connection with Himalayan energy. It is not just a trek — it is a sacred pilgrimage into oneself.
