My experience was very professional, and it was very easy to work with the team here. The teachers made every class feel personal.

The hand pan course is part of the Nada Yoga program at World Peace Yoga School. After completing the training we provide the Yoga Alliance YACEP certificate, and you can also use your skill in your meditation teaching. It is a 3-day course with 6 hours of learning in total – 2 hours per day.
Through this course, you learn sound awareness, hand pan techniques, touch & tone control, rhythm patterns, melodic flow & coordination, and meditative hand pan playing & sound journeys. You can then confidently give hand pan performances, sound baths, and hand pan-based relaxation sessions.
The soothing vibrations of the hand pan, combined with nature’s frequencies, support emotional release, nervous system relaxation, intuitive awareness, and creative flow. With practice, students naturally experience improved focus, inner harmony, calmness, and deep peace from within. Through this hand pan training, participants experience deep relaxation, creative confidence, emotional balance, and heightened awareness. When the body resonates with the rhythm, healing happens naturally, synchronizing body, breath, and mind.
We provide freshly cooked sattvic meals 3 times a day. It is our discipline for students to stay away from alcohol, non-vegetarian food, and tobacco, as they might hamper the inner system while following the yogic lifestyle at school. Students should keep their personal and surrounding spaces clean, as it is part of karma yoga. Behaviour is critical – students must respect teachers and other students.
