What Is Yogic Diet?

According to yoga, food comprises six flavors and five constituents, just as the body is composed of these same elements. A balanced or yogic diet is one in which we eat foods that include all of the elements. These ideas form the foundation of Ayurvedic science as a whole. Everybody has unique preferences. This is a result of what the body requires as well as their behaviors. We develop illnesses when we eat without understanding what our bodies need. On the other hand, we are content and healthy when we eat food that possesses all the required components.

A yogic diet provides the body with the right nutrition it needs to flourish. Adopting an unbalanced diet is crucial since eating too little or too much may have detrimental effects on our health. Meat, eggs, and other tamasic foods are always avoided by yogis. Staying away from tamasic cuisine makes you more understanding and adaptable. Take a listen to Guruji's vegetarian talk.

Green vegetables, fresh fruits, lentils, beans, and plant-based oils such as those from coconut, mustard, peanuts, etc. are all part of a vegetarian or healthful diet. This type of meal is simple to digest and leaves us feeling calmer, lighter, and more aware.

Indeed, the Yoga Alliance has approved World Peace Yoga School as a certified yoga school. The Yoga Alliance has certified each and every one of our yoga teacher training courses in Rishikesh. Graduates who successfully finish the Hybrid yoga course within the allotted time will get a certificate from Yoga Alliance.

What Will Be The Class Size For This Course?

We focus on one-to-one attention to make the yoga teachings better. We only offer limited seats for our yoga courses. The average batch size includes 25 to 30 students in each yoga course.

Can I come before and stay after the Course Duration?

You must arrive at the school one day ago from the course date. This will allow you to unwind and orient yourself before the ceremony on the second day. Our goal is to begin the course early enough so that, if you have a 30-day visa, you may leave India within the allotted period. It will also offer you one day after the course to make sure you have time for any last-minute shopping or activities you might want to do.
