The Bond Between Yoga & Rishikesh

Numerous well-known meditation gurus claim that the practice of meditation involves focusing solely on one thing while doing it. This one thing might be anything you enjoy doing repeatedly, such as your religious practice, encouraging thoughts, or academic pursuits.

The majority of meditation's actions, such as breathing and mantra chanting, should be performed by concentrating on just one object or centralizing attention. Religious, secular, or spiritual meditation all promote discipline. There are many different methods of meditation. For example, exercises are one of the most common ones. In Christianity, reading the Bible is a fantastic way to meditate spiritually and may help readers have a personal encounter with God.

Yogic sleep is what Yoga Nidra is. When adopting this time-tested method, the practitioner can achieve a profound level of conscious relaxation. It entails methodically turning our attention within rather than outside. Our senses, brains, and spirits all experience a restful deep slumber as a result. Time, space, and reasoning are liberated by Tattvaa Yogashala. The body begins to repair as a result, and brain activity decreases.

Meditation courses in Rishikesh or Yoga Nidra courses in Rishikesh will challenge you to delve deeply into your ideas, which genuinely strengthens your will to live a life free of jumbled-up thoughts. You will discover your thoughts and a plethora of solutions. Ask the same questions until you discover an answer that speaks directly to your heart and spirit. What Is Yogic Diet?

Yoga believes the body is made of five elements and food also contains five elements and has six tastes. When we consume food that contains each element that is called a balanced diet or yogic diet. The whole science of Ayurveda is based on these principles. Everyone has different tastes. This is not only because of their habits but it is because of what actually the body needs. When we consume food without proper knowledge of what our body needs, we create diseases. However, when we consume food that has all the necessary elements, we are healthy and satisfied.

Yogic food contains proper nutrients that the body needs to grow. Consuming too little or too much food is also very risky for our health, so a holistic diet is very important. Yogis always avoid tamasic food like meat, egg, etc. Avoiding tamasic food helps you become more flexible and compassionate. Listen to Guruji's lecture on Vegetarianism.

A vegetarian or a healthy diet consists of green vegetables, fresh fruits, lentils, beans, plant-based oils like coconut, mustard, peanuts etc. This kind of food is easy to digest and makes us feel lighter, at peaceful, and conscious
