Our Unique Approach
The curriculum includes Pranayama, fundamental yoga poses that lead to meditation postures, hand and body gestures, energy balance, energy locks, and guided meditation. It also takes into account the needs of international visitors and meditation enthusiasts. Please be aware that the 200-hour meditation teacher training course is a component of our continuing four-week program, which runs throughout the year from the fifth to the 28th of every month, spending 8 to 10 hours a day, except one weekly rest day.
