This specially designed program planned to help to detox and rejuvenate your body, and to prevent occurrence or progression of cancer cells. In fact this is one of the core values of our program. Our program endeavors to give you the right balance between activity and rest so that your body will be able naturally cleanse itself from chemical, genetic, environmental factors that age our bodies and manifest as malignant cells. Prevention of cancer is a multidimensional effort. Our program provides mechanisms, based on natural laws to prevent imbalances from manifesting as malignancies and provide possible ways to prevent and even reverse a malignancy should it arise. We are using a combination of yoga, yogic and ayurvedic detoxifying techniques, meditation, special diet and mindfulness therapies to help to activate your immune system to achieve your goals. By the end of your 2 weeks program you will feel refreshed and rejuvenated and free of abnormal cells.

ACCOMMODATION AND FACILITIES:
In this program we will help you to understand, explore, and practice yogic techniques available for managing and curing cancer. It has been proven that yoga provides powerful tools that help patient to achieve these goals. This two weeks program is designed for total emersion requiring client dedication and time. Yoga acts as an instrument that helps to prevent onset of cancer. Clients in this program will live in an ashram in Rishikesh (India) that specifically caters to and designed to manage these special clients. Clients will be continuously monitored by a Canadian licensed RN with many years of Canadian health care experience. Clients will be assessed regularly by Aurvedic doctor who will monitor their health status and prescribed them aurvedic treatment and medicine.

IN ORDER TO RECEIVE FULL BENEFITS ONE SHOULD FOLLOW THESE PRACTICES:
Shatkarmas (detoxification session) – approximately 60 minutes every day. Asana and pranayama (yogic breathing) – twice per day. Yoga Nidra and Prana Nidra (practice when pranic energy is raised and distributed to specific parts of body along the pranic pathways). Visualization meditation session – approximately 45 minutes. Diet and lifestyle. The main accent is upon preparing our body- mind to the subtler forces within us and to trigger our dormant healing abilities, so that we can use them to heal ourselves. Most of the yoga classes are Hatha based, although we offer a range of different yoga styles, including Restorative, Yin, Kundalini Yoga and Vinyasa flow. We have different teachers, so you can experience different yoga and meditation styles. If you are new to yoga, this is your opportunity to try something new! Meditation and mindfulness There are different style meditation sessions for you to experience and practice. There is also a daily mindfulness classes lead by mindfulness certified instructor in which mindfulness is explored and practiced.
Treatments available include a ayurvedic procedures such as shirodara, tissue massage (full body or part-body), hot and cold stone massage, and ayurvedic head massage, to help relieve the tension in your shoulders and whole body. All treatments providers are highly trained and experienced.
Our creativity classes give you the opportunity to explore your creative side. Creativity classes are a great way of re-connecting the right brain creative side to balance the logical and reasoning left side. Classes could be painting the feeling or inspiration mandalas to take home and display or gratitude rock painting or any other creativity classes that participants would enjoy. Digital Detox: Participants strongly not recommended to use any digital gadgets during this program. This significantly helps to restore healthy brain and central nervous system activity. Participants allow using digital gadgets only once per day and only for purpose to connect with loved ones.
We believe that one of the major points for rejuvenation of the body and mind is through the foods that we consume. Therefore, we offer an abundance of fresh fruit, vegetables and whole foods to our participants. We use only seasonal products and where possible products that are grown or sourced locally. All dishes are prepared and cooked on the premises, with care and loving attention from our talented chefs. We use lots of herbs and spices to bring flavor and variety, plus serving a selection of dishes with a variety of colors, textures and flavors. All the meals (or juices) are included in the cost of your retreat. We serve three meals every day. You can select from a wide range of dishes, sampling each dish. We also offer you the opportunity to try juicing – this is included in the cost of your retreat. You can choose to juice for one meal, one day or one week, instead of eating. Each day you decide whether you want to eat or juice, you have the flexibility to make your detox program personal for you. The foods that we do not serve include: sugar, bread, dairy products, salt, coffee eggs, and tea (except herbal and green teas), alcohol and sweets. These foods all place extra stress on our body systems, so by cutting them out for duration of our program or longer, the body has the opportunity to heal and rebalance itself. Each meal is nutritionally balanced according to Ayurveda doctor’s considerations, so will include vegan sources of protein, and a carbohydrate option. Our juices are designed to give the digestive system a well-earned break and allows the body to divert energy towards any unhealthy cells which allow them to repair and rejuvenate with ease. For our natural fresh juices we using only organically grown fruit and vegetables. There is also opportunity to add some herbal powder according to Ayurveda doctor recommendations.
